创新提案 “Spin a Wheel” 入选前美国第一夫人米歇尔・奥巴马倡导项目 “college readiness”，硅谷高科技创业俱乐部 Cuckoo’s Nest 资深会员。艾欣博士研究领域包括节能管理、新能源、纳米材料、生物复合材料、瞬态光谱检测分析等领域，曾参与多项美国能源部有关新能源基础研究项目，担任两项能源部青年研究基金项目带头人；在 IBM 硅谷科研中心时曾与沙特国王大学的科学家们一起开发新型太阳能电池项目。艾欣博士是两项美国能源部青年研究基金项目获得者和项目带头人，发表了近 40 篇 SCI 检索文章，获得了 2 项美国专利和 1 项中国专利。

Her innovative proposal "Spin a Wheel" was selected for the "college readiness" initiative advocated by former US First Lady Michelle Obama. She is a senior member of Cuckoo’s Nest, a Silicon Valley high-tech startup club. Dr. Ai Xin’s research covers energy conservation management, new energy, nanomaterials, biocomposites, transient spectrum detection and analysis. She has participated in multiple basic new energy research projects funded by the U.S. Department of Energy and led two Young Investigator Research Grant projects of the Department of Energy. During her tenure at IBM Silicon Valley Research Center, she collaborated with scientists from King Saud University to develop new solar cell projects. As the recipient and principal investigator of two U.S. Department of Energy Young Investigator Research Grants, Dr. Ai Xin has published nearly 40 SCI-indexed papers and holds 2 US patents and 1 Chinese patent.

Dr. Ai Xin has multidisciplinary, international and cross-border academic and professional experience. She worked as a researcher at the U.S. National Renewable Energy Laboratory and IBM Silicon Valley Research Center, won the innovative research grant for young scientists from the U.S. Department of Energy, and later launched her startup in Silicon Valley. She boasts extensive innovation experience spanning scientific research innovation, Silicon Valley high-tech product innovation and business model innovation, with outstanding cross-domain integration capabilities. In particular, she integrates the Stanford innovation thinking training system with the realities of Chinese enterprises to help companies cultivate creativity, build confidence in innovation, foster an innovative environment and culture, lift organizational efficiency, and ultimately enhance the overall innovation awareness and competitiveness of enterprises. Dr. Ai Xin has delivered innovative thinking training programs for over 7,000 participants from domestic and international organizations including Baidu, Ping An Insurance, BSI, T.Y. Lin International, Tiancheng Capital, Bailing Technology, San Jose State University, China Science Venture University, Tianjin University, New Oriental, Sunlands Online School, FESCO, Zhongguancun Education Internet Innovation Center, Peking University Affiliated High School, Taipei Medical University, Nanyang University, the University of Hong Kong, and many Silicon Valley startups.

Dr. Ai Xin also has unique experience and practical achievements in American English teaching and STEAM education. Through practice, she has found her passion: relying on Stanford design thinking, to be an advocate, practitioner and mentor of innovative thinking, and pass on Silicon Valley’s innovative mindset to more people.
