Agnes Lam, is Senior Partner of New York Life, Greater San Francisco, responsible for leadership talent development for Fortune 500 companies in the San Francisco Bay Area. Born in Hong Kong, Agnes moved to the United States with her family at the age of nine. She is an exemplary immigrant who has achieved the American Dream. During her 25-year career at New York Life, she has achieved outstanding results and cultivated a large number of outstanding leaders. In 1993, Agnes had already attained a successful management position in the banking industry. In the same year, she joined New York Life as an agent. Within just three months, she qualified for the Executive Council and MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table). Throughout her 25 years with New York Life, she maintained both qualifications every year. Shortly afterwards, she moved into management as Senior Executive Council Member. In 2007, she became Senior Partner of the Greater San Francisco Office. In 2014, the company assigned her to Wisconsin to serve as Managing Partner of the Wisconsin General Office. In 2018, she returned to her home base, the San Francisco Office, as Senior Partner. Agnes built a flagship team by recruiting top-tier agents. In 2007, she ranked 4th company-wide and No.1 among partners across the Pacific Region. She has won numerous national awards including the President’s Award, Executive Vice President Award, and Life Award.

In 2013, she set her vision: to expand the San Francisco team by recruiting professional advisors and deliver high-quality insurance, investment, retirement, real estate and financial planning services to the community. Besides various corporate achievement awards, Agnes received the GAMA International Management Career Development Award, GAMA Frontline Leadership Diamond Award in 2014 and International Management Gold Award in 2015. She once served as President of the San Francisco Chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.
